From the survey result, all questions were closed questions. The total respondents were 26 people (18 Female 8 Male). Most respondents were 20-24 years old (77%), followed by 17-20 years old (10%),and most of them had income which was between 4,000-8,000 baht(46%), followed by between 8,001-12,000 baht(23%). 


From the survey, we found that most respondents buy brand's essence of chicken less than once a month (62%), followed by twice a week (15%).The highest percentage was 85% believed that it made them healthier, and the highest percentage was 89% believed that it made them smart. The satisfaction of packaging, most of respondents (77%) satisfied with packaging and the most popular flavor was essence of chicken drink pure (62%), followed by essence of chicken drink we like (31%) and they usually buy brand's essence of chicken products at 7-11(92%). They said the important factors that they decided to buy brand's essence of chicken products was quality (50%), followed by benefit(38%).

TOFUSAN soy milk survey analysis

            According to customer satisfaction survey of TOFUSAN soy milk product. The respondents satisfaction about TOFUSAN soy milk from 25 response 
that consisted of 2 male and 23 female, aged between 18 – 29  years old. Most of them are students/college students and have income per month around 5,100 – 10,000 Baht. The survey was carried out from 27 February to 4 March 2015.
We founded that the most respondents who has ever drunk soy milk are (52%).The highest frequency of drinking soy milk is once a week or more(28%),followed by every two weeks (20%). The type of packaging that the respondents like the most is glass bottle(53%).The most respondents said that they would buy TOFUSAN if they like soy milk. Most of them choose for health(28%) is the reason why they buy TOFUSAN soy milk.

            According to customer satisfaction survey carried out by Doi Kham Company. This survey was carried out from 27 February to 4 March 2015. The respondents consisted of 1 male and 15 female, aged between 17-24 years old. Most of them had income per month between 4,001-8000 baht. Most respondents bought Doi Kham twice a week (31%), followed by less than once a month (25%). The highest percentage (88%) believed that it made them healthier. For the satisfaction of packaging, most of respondents (81%) satisfied with packaging. They said the most important factor that they decided to buy Doi Kham juice was quality (81%). The most popular flavor was tomato (56%), followed by passion fruit (31%) and they usually buy products at 7-11(94%). The most respondent (88%) thought that the advantage of Doi Kham juice was good for their skin.
